In the wake of the new investments for the South Shore of Quebec, several outdoor facilities have been added to the landscape of the city of Lévis. An impressive fountain was already standing on the Quai Paquet site, located in front of the Quebec City-Lévis crossing. In order to optimize the visitor experience in this park, the City administrators wanted to implement a sound and light show that would be featured every night during the summer season. The City of Lévis has entrusted XYZ Cultural Technology with the mandate of integrating audio elements into the colorful spectacle.
XYZ experts have supplied and installed an audio system and connection infrastructure in the Quai Paquet show area. The system includes loudspeakers resistant to the harsh climate of Quebec and all peripheral equipment to ensure optimal use. A state-of-the-art screen module creates a simple and efficient operation interface. Weatherproof loudspeakers are left on site during the winter to minimize the costs for the developer.
Thanks to the sound and light show, the Quai Paquet of Lévis is at its right value and encourages residents and tourists from Quebec to cross to the other side of the river to see the colorful service delivery. In addition, the refurbished park offers a magnificent view of the Château Frontenac, its architecture being unveiled via the play of light of the Quai Paquet fountain.
