After 5 years of operation, the interactive game The Zone at the Casino du Lac-Leamy needed to be updated. Its video wall, made of state-of-the-art LCDs back in 2013, had reached its useful life and needed to be replaced. The Casino administration again relied on the XYZ team to install a LED video wall and bring its interactive experience to date.
The XYZ team replaced the LCD screens with the latest-generation LED displays with 3.2mm resolution. These, offer unparalleled image quality, brightness and black depth. LED displays have a longer life and offer greater ease of maintenance for Casino employees.
The main challenge of integration was linked to the timeline since it was impossible for the experiment to be out of use for a long time, which would have been a significant financial loss for the Casino. XYZ experts provided tight coordination and worked during closing hours to deliver within the timeframe required at the beginning. Thanks to this updated video wall, the Zone interactive game makes an even stronger impression on visitors to the Casino.
